Gülden Değirmenci Çağatay

Gulden is an independent consultant with over 20 years of experience in supporting organizations across multiple sectors and geographies.

In 2024, she started her own business and continues consulting services independently in collaboration with other consultants and organizations.

She has expertise in guiding organizations through various stages of their lifecycle, helping them realize their strategic objectives and purpose. Her core areas of expertise include Leadership Transformation, Organizational Development, and Cultural Change.

Formation

Gulden is a certified coach by ICF and continues coaching leaders. She is Certified Public Accountant in Turkey.

She has a degree in Business Administration from Bilkent University with Full Scholarship.

Experience

Gulden started her career as financial auditor in PricewaterhouseCoopers, continued auditing processes, analyzing risks and proposing solutions to strategic issues at Sabancı Holding and Vodafone. Starting from 2013 she worked for Hay Group and worked as Partner Consultant at Korn Ferry leading Leadership Development and Assessment solutions across all sectors and organizations for some of the countries.

Global projects

She led global projects on culture transformation, succession management, leadership selection and development, talent management, leadership coaching, performance systems, organizational design, building and inclusive culture, change management.

Tuğçe Başlıgil

Tuğçe is an independent consultant and accredited CTI Co-Active Coach with extensive experience in leadership development, organizational transformation, and talent strategies.

She supports organizations in aligning their business goals with people strategies, enabling sustainable growth through leadership capability and cultural alignment.

Formation

Tuğçe holds a degree in Business Administration from Hacettepe University.

With a multidisciplinary background in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Development, Product Marketing, and Customer Experience Management, Tuğçe has worked across various sectors both as a consultant and a line manager.

Experience

She began her career at Interbank and later held roles at (Arthur) Andersen and Turkcell Group. During her time at Korn Ferry, she was involved in numerous initiatives focused on the development of talented leaders in some of Turkey’s leading corporations and holdings.

Since January 2023, she has been working freelance, supporting change and transformation processes with a human-centered approach—improving systems while addressing behavioral dynamics to create lasting and sustainable impact.

Areas of Expertise

She integrates coaching into her consulting practice to support leaders in unlocking their potential and navigating complex challenges with clarity and confidence.

Her focus areas include executive assessment, leadership transformation, and developing internal capability within organizations.
